Christopher Coates, former chief of DOJ voting section accuses Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, of racism and failing to uphold the law by abetting New Black Panther Party wrongdoers.

Coates is not a man with an ideological axe to grind.

Christopher Coates worked for the voting rights project of the ACLU. In 1991 he received a Thurgood Marshall decade award from the Georgia NAACP
